About the Event

The 74th Cherry Blossom Festival officially kicks off at he Japanese Cultural Center of Hawaii's New Year's Ohana Festival. Join us in announcing the Queen Contestants for the 74th Festival.

Parking and Transportation

FREE PARKING: Washington Middle School

COMPLIMENTARY SHUTTLE SERVICE: A complimentary shuttle will run between Washington Middle School and the JCCH during festival hours. Pick-up will be right in front of the driveway to the South King Street entrance of Washington Middle School. Date: Sunday, January 11, 2026

Time: 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM

Location: Japanese Cultural Center of Hawaii, 5th Floor 'Generations' Ballroom

Parking: Please see the parking information provided by JCCH:

PARKING + TRANSPORTATION: Free parking will be available at Washington Middle School. A complimentary shuttle will run between shuttle stops at the JCCH (near the red Torii gate along South Beretania Street) and Washington Middle School (entrance along South King Street). Paid parking will be available at Varsity Building (Flat $8.99 all day, including tax and service fees). Please consider carpooling, rideshare, and other transportation options!

Do not park at Longs Drugs, Yakiniku Korea House, and other nearby businesses. Cars will be towed. The JCCH parking structure will not be available to the public. Please consider carpooling, rideshare, and other transportation options!
